Position Overview:
As a Face-to-Face Customer Services Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients in person to understand their needs, showcase our services/products, and close sales. You will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients in person to provide information about our services/products and answer any questions they may have.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our services/products and their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Actively promote and upsell additional services/products to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
- Do administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing orders, and maintaining client records.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, face-to-face sales, and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close sales.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to effectively sell services/products to clients.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and experience with office software and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding sales targets.
