**The opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:
**Managerial Responsibilities**:

- Work within a team of product managers and oversee product management activities related to Oracle Cloud Integration.
- Develop and maintain product management plans, timelines, and schedules, and ensure that they align with G42 Cloud’s overall strategic goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including senior executives, product sponsors, and external partners, to ensure that product objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Manage and mitigate product risks, identify and resolve product issues, and communicate product status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure that product deliverables meet quality standards, and that product documentation is complete and accurate.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in product management practices, tools, and techniques.

**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Define customer Oracle integration needs, integration features, pricing, and positioning, and ensuring that the integration solutions meet client objectives.
- Define Oracle integration requirements and work with engineering teams to ensure that solutions are built to meet those requirements.
- Collaborate with design teams to create user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive and engaging.
- Create Oracle integration pricing strategies that are competitive and align with G42 Cloud’s goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that Oracle Cloud solutions are configured, tested, and deployed according to best practices and industry standards.
- Manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud product integration, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor and report on product integration progress, including key performance indicators, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure that product stakeholders are informed of product integration progress and that product risks and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including product charters, product plans, status reports, and other product-related artifacts.
- Conduct post-integration reviews to evaluate product outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Organizational Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the development of G42 Cloud’s strategic plans, product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, goals, and objectives related to Oracle Cloud Integration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to ensure that product objectives are aligned with business needs.
- Provide input into the development of policies, procedures, and standards related to product management and Oracle Cloud Integration.
- Collaborate with other teams within G42 Cloud to ensure that Oracle Cloud integration products are integrated with other initiatives and programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Oracle Cloud Integration.

Qualifications:
**To qualify, you must have**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification in project management.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in Oracle Integration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle solutions, including Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
