**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively showcasing our services and benefits.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through the business setup process, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

**Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and competitors' offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to enhance service offerings based on market demands and client feedback.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Assist clients in preparing and organizing the necessary documentation for business setup, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the internal teams, including legal, administrative, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices, fostering a positive team environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in business setup or consultancy services.
- Strong understanding of business setup processes, legal requirements, and documentation in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
