**Job Title: HR Asst. Manager**

The HR AM will provide HR support in the following areas: HR Administration, HR reporting, recruiting and selection, On-boarding of New Hires, Benefits and Pension, absence management, training & development, performance and talent management.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

**HRIS Management and Reporting**
- Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS system.
- Prepare HR reports and associated data analysis.
- Update and maintain organization charts.

**Administration & Support**
- Manage the effective administration of all types of leaves.
- Administer all benefits program. This includes Health and Wellness, Medical benefits, life insurance.
- Provide guidance to employees, leaders and other HR staff on benefits related questions.

**Training**
- Support the execution of the training and development plan
- Act as the Trainer & Training Administrator
- Assist with training coordination (booking room set up, coordinating materials, lunches)

**Corporate Culture**
- Develop and execute LG’s People and Culture strategy
- Contribute to the development and achievement of our medium and long-term strategy, ensuring effective inclusion of key people and culture considerations
- Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g. Onboarding, annual employee engagement survey and exit interviews), to maximize the engagement of all employees and build organizational commitment to the desired culture

**Other HR Support**
- Support HR projects and programs, such as Employee engagement survey, 360 Leadership Assessments, etc.
- Respond to tier 1/tier 2 inquiries related to HR policies and programs. Ex: vacation, leaves, hours of work, etc.

**Relevant experience(s) & duration**
- 4-6 years of relevant HR experience is required

**Knowledge and skills (general and technical)**
- Experience with HRIS and recruiting systems
- Demonstrated ability handling one or more specialized portfolios within HR (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills: MS office, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Ability to conduct trainings & events.
- Excellent organization skills and a proven ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
- A creative problem solver with sound analytical skills an sound judgment

Adaptability, flexibility & resilience. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
