Marketing Representative for Real Estate

Dynasty Real Estate is looking to hire a professional and tenured **'Marketing Representative'** to operate our in-house Marketing Team for all 3 of our branches in Dubai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaigns**: Is able to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- **Portal Management & CRM Operations**:Is familiar with operating Real Estate Portals like Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle. Is familiar with using CRM platforms like salesforce, leadsquared, zoho,etc
- **Website & Landing Pages**:Has experience in creating landing pages and website management.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- **Content Creation, Photography & Editing Skills**: Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, videos, website update and property listings, to attract and engage prospective clients.

**Requirements and skills**
- **Has worked in marketing for Real Estate brokerages in Dubai for minimum 12 months**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

**Key Details**:

- _**Location**:_ Motor City, Dubai
- _**Job Type**:_ Full-time, Permanent
- _**Salary**:_ AED 7000 - AED 8,000 per month
- _**Working Hours**:_ 09:00 am to 06:30 pm
- _**Schedule**_: _Monday to Friday & alternate Saturday's

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
