- **Achieve business objectives in occupancy and revenue, with specific focus on weekend occupancy, both FIT individual guests and leisure groups. Managed segments are: Tour operators contracted, leisure Groups, Incentives, Tour series, among others).**:

- **To contract FIT rates in timely fashion and ensure all agreements are properly filed and communicated internally within the hotel. To ensure allocations are in place, confirmed with the agencies accordingly and communicated internally within the hotel. To ensure the contracts are accessible and properly filed with up to date information.**:

- **Ensure a minimum of 10 appointments per week to increase sales volume and profitability.**:

- **Support DOSM in presentations to the hotel executive committee on the leisure related matters, on weekly basis and whenever requested additionally.**:

- **To prepare reports on allocation pick up and production, on monthly basis, for the Director of Sales. Analyse statistics on weekly and monthly basis and implement actions, when need periods are identified or production of certain accounts has reduced.**:

- **Propose and implement sales actions for mid-term, long-term periods (for this to consult with the DOSM).**:

- On monthly basis to gather market intelligence from the brochures, flyers and promo materials or tactical that tour operators and agencies launch in various markets in order to prepare comparative reports to the Director of Sales **and to evaluate the rate positioning of the ME Dubai vs competitors. If needed, propose and implement relevant tactical.**:

- **To establish direct contact with all tour operators who have a contracted rate with the ME Dubai, become their point of reference and to assist smooth communication between them and the hotel’s reservations department.**:

- **To monitor allocations pick up and production. To facilitate availability requests of tour operators, when needed for the hotel. To ensure that the production is steady and consistent.**:

- **To evaluate business opportunities in various geographical markets. Consolidate excellent business relations with key customers there and maximise market share and consistent production, grow market share from key partners, - explore the opportunities on new markets and bring new business to the hotel via UAE-based operators and directly in the market. For domestic market - explore opportunities within the UAE for weekend coach groups, FIT business and leisure ad-hoc groups. For other markets - explore and convert business opportunities.**:

- **To organize and attend fam-trips and accompany decision-makers if required to get to know the hotel.**:

- **To prepare, keep and update Account Files for any assigned accounts and to monitor productivity of accounts.**:

- **To interact with Global Sales head office for leisure segments. To strive to improve cooperation with them and their awareness of the hotel’s strategies and objectives, as well as need periods and / or peak periods.**:

- **To manage databases and activities with accounts. To regularly update account profiles.**:

- **To cross - sell other sister properties and other segments of the hotel (food and beverage, meeting and events, corporate business travel accounts for residential purposes and meetings, apartments).**
