Course Administrator

The Course Administrator plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth functioning of academic programs within the Institute. They are responsible for coordinating various aspects of courses and supporting faculty, students.
**Job description**
- Assist in planning and organizing the academic schedule including courses.
- Ensure timely communication with faculty regarding course related information, schedules and any changes.
- Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing inquiries related to course and program requirements.
- Coordinate with faculty and relevant departments to accommodate students with special academic needs
- Facilitate communication between faculty members and academic departments regarding course-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of course enrollments, academic progress, and related data.
**Eligibility Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education industry
- Excellent conversational, presentational and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office, Internet, eLearning, CRM etc.
- Available in UAE or willing to relocate to UAE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
