COMMERCIAL/FINANCE SALES MANAGER - United Arab Emirates / Abu Dhabi

Join our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Business as the COMMERCIAL/FINANCE SALES MANAGER and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

Join our Commercial/Finance Sales Management team in UAE for direct business for our Products, Systems, Solutions & Software business in countries in the Middle East. Furthermore, you shall be supporting and coaching the Regional Sales companies, for the portfolio of SI EA, with a special focus on complex projects and LoA escalations by considering the global business strategy of the business unit.

Your Role:

- In your role you are responsible and take ownership for all elements of Commercial Sales Management and Business for our direct business in GCC excl KSA, Egypt, Levant & Iraq during project acquisition including but not limited to contract analysis and negotiations, cost calculation, cashflow projections, business models, taxation, PE-avoidance, international financing concepts, currency, risks and opportunities, bonds, terms of payment, credit rating, insurances, export control compliance, LoA escalations as well as stakeholder management.
- You will be the lead for complex projects, focusing on international financing, stakeholder management, definition of optimized bidding strategies and business models by considering strategic aspects of the business like political situation in countries of installation, business partner development and other economic aspects.
- You know the NCM Business Models
- As partner and coach for our conventional EA Products, Systems, Solutions & Software business in Regional countries you are in permanent contact with SI EA Tendering and Sales colleagues in the regions, as well as HQ, actively steering and attending to the development of complex Sales topics and complex projects in accordance with the global EA business approach
- Analyzing business performance and supervising implementation of measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency are also in the range of your duties
- Participation, orchestration and implementation of country concepts, master plans and sales strategies together with technical Team Lead and all relevant stakeholders embedded in the SI and EA strategy are also in the range of your duties.\

Your Qualifications And Skills:

- The basis of your success is a Master´s degree or foreign equivalent in, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- You bring several years of relevant professional experience in, Commercial Sales and/or Project Management in Project and/or System business,
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a Siemens’ regional business is a plus
- Several years of experience in contract negotiations
- Strategic thinking combined with high intercultural sensitivity characterize you
- Additionally, you bring fluent written and spoken English language skills
- Moreover, you bring a desire to lead a team
o Intercultural communication, Business /Customer orientated, Assertiveness - Self-motivated, Team player, and a Champion of Change Management
