**Job description**

**(Water Tank Cleaning/Kitchen Hood/Air Condition Ducts/Deep Cleaning)**
- Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer’s relationship within the FM industry. (Schools, Hotels, Kitchen, residential community, commercial buildings, government offices, Hospitals, Accommodations, etc.)\
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting Ensure Group of Companies FM (Facilities Management) services primarily in the B2C sector.
- Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments. Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
- Generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive service providers, and potential opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting our FM services and value proposition.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of FM services and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications to track sales activities and client information.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
- At least 4 years of experience in FM Industry Sales division (**Water Tank Cleaning/Kitchen Hood/Air Condition Ducts/Deep Cleaning**).
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- UAE Driving License.
