- **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**_

Generating and following up consistently on sales leads generated by yourself and the company.

Inputting daily reports on your leads within our company CRM system.

Researching and knowing the area & clientele of the community that you are assigned to.

Developing strong relationships with established developers.

Matching clients to specific properties that suit their needs and acting as an investment advisor.

Negotiating offers and payment plans with buyers.

Keeping up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.

Collaborating with the marketing team on open houses, roadshows, and other lead-generating activities

Promoting and representing the standards set by Phirdos and the developers at all times.
- **WHAT WE OFFER**_

Commission base only between 50%-70% (negotiable)

Full training provided

Working VISA and medical insurance

30 days annual leaves and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law

Opportunities to progress within a rapidly growing business.
- **REQUIREMENTS**_

1 year of real estate or sales experience

Fluent in English (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Italian, French, and German are desirable)

UAE driving license (desirable)
- **SOFT SKILLS**_

Strong negotiation and selling skills

Strong communication skills in English is a must.

Confident in presentation delivery

Proven record of achieving sales targets

Good organizational skills

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
