Communication Officer

**Job summary**
A Communications Officer is primarily responsible for generating leads, categorising them depending on their sales-readiness, and nurturing them. Building long term relationships with these leads to assist sales processes.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Generate leads as per company guidelines and training.
- Build a relationship with prospective clients - to some extent you will also be responsible for account management, but the focus of the role will be lead generation.
- Understand the needs of your target prospects and articulate the value you can provide them with through polite and respectful tactic.
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities.
- Qualify the leads into prospective and lost leads through a thorough and measurable vetting process.
- 1+ years of experience working in a Sales position, preferably phone based and with a high percentage of hunting involved.
- Real Estate experience is not essential but preferred.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to be a pure hunter - proven track record of developing your own pipeline through outbound initiatives.
- Proven track record of developing successful relationships with C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated the ability to work remote and be self-sufficient, yet bearing in mind you are part of a team.
- Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communicator/presenter in both written and oral English.
- Must have stable internet and a smart phone.
- Hungry and ambitious, yet ethically sound
- Strong character and perseverance
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
