**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all property details, such as pricing, features, and images, are current and accurate.
- **Data Entry and Accuracy**:

- Enter and verify property data, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute listing promotions.
- Prepare property brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to listings.
- Communicate with real estate agents, property managers, and clients to gather necessary information.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage schedules for property showings and open houses.
- Coordinate with photographers and other vendors to ensure high-quality listing images.
