The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the organization. The role primarily involves managing and overseeing the renewal processes for company vehicles, trade licenses, staff accommodation, and utility accounts, including DEWA, DU, Etisalat, and Salik. The Admin Executive will coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all renewals are completed on time, and that all necessary documents and records are kept up-to-date. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively and ensure smooth administrative operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Vehicle Renewals**: Oversee the renewal process for company vehicles, including registration, insurance, and any related paperwork.
- **Trade License Renewals**: Ensure timely processing and submission of the necessary documents for the renewal of the company’s trade licenses.
- **Staff Accommodation**: Manage the renewal of staff accommodation agreements and ensure all terms are complied with.
- **Utility Accounts Management**: Handle utility services such as DEWA, DU, Etisalat, and Salik accounts, including payment tracking and service renewal.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Maintain effective communication with external vendors, government departments, and service providers to ensure all renewals and payments are processed on time.
- **Document Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all administrative renewals, including relevant agreements and certificates.
- **Reporting**: Provide periodic updates on the status of renewals, utilities, and pending tasks to the Admin Manager.
- **Ad-hoc Admin Support**: Assist with other administrative tasks or special projects as directed by the Admin Manager.
- **Compliance & Deadlines**: Ensure all renewals and documentation comply with relevant legal requirements and are completed before expiration deadlines.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations related to vehicle registration, trade licenses, and utility management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors, government officials, and internal teams.

**Work Experience**
- **Minimum**: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office or corporate setting.
- **Preferred**: Experience in handling vehicle renewals, trade licenses, and utility accounts (DEWA, DU, Etisalat, and Salik) in the UAE.
