**Administrative Support**:

- Manage the catering office calendar, scheduling meetings, events, and appointments for the team.
- Prepare and process catering contracts, invoices, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping related to catering orders and client details.
- Maintain an organized filing system for catering contracts, menus, event details, and correspondence.

2. **Event Coordination Support**:

- Assist with the preparation of catering proposals and event quotations.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm event details (menu selections, guest count, timelines, etc.).
- Prepare and distribute event packets to catering staff, including instructions, menus, and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and the catering team to ensure smooth communication and execution of events.

5. **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-event to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction with the catering services provided.

6. **General Office Management**:

- Order and maintain office supplies and materials for the catering department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure that office equipment is functional and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferably in the catering, hospitality, or event planning industries).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of food safety and catering industry standards.
- A customer-service-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events as needed.

Working Conditions:

- Standard office environment.
- Occasional travel to event locations may be required.
- Some evening and weekend work may be necessary depending on event schedules.
