**Role - Operations Supervisor.**

**Operations and Communication**
- To oversee day to day transport operations for the Cabin crew, Flight Deck Crew, Y class passengers, hotels and mall and ADHOC.
- Ensure required vehicles and drivers are available for the operation including spare.
- Monitor cabin crew route movements and timely departure of all the buses as per the schedule from the bay at EGHQ to the crew residents and vice versa
- Monitor Y-class buses movement and its timely departure from airport terminal 3 to AUH/AAN and vice versa as per the schedule.
- Monitor Hotel and Mall shuttle movements and timely departure of all the buses as per the schedule from hotel to staff residents and vice versa
- Timely communication in terms of delay, accidents or breakdowns to respective company supervisors, Duty superintendent or Officer.
- Ensure all the reports related to the incident are shared with Emirates/Hotel/Mall and also available for the records and investigations.
- Assess the capacity and existing schedule for any ADHOC request.
- Random audits to make sure standards are maintained in all business areas.
- Support new recruit driver route trainings
- Random and routine drug and alcohol tests for all the drivers.
- Regular driver briefing.
- Monitor driver performance regularly. Customer service, driving skills, safety and complaints.
- Timey response to the investigation and complains from each company.
- Reporting and MIS.

**Vehicles**
- Inspect the vehicle condition on daily shift basis as per the check list.
- Make sure all the safety equipment's (fire extinguisher/first aid kit) are available and valid.
- Monitor validity of all documents related to vehicle and give heads-up one month in advance for its renewal.
- Make sure Branding is as per the standards and highlight in case it need to be replaced.
- Plan for any planned maintenance, regular maintenance, seasonal maintenance, breakdown and repairs on daily shift basis.
- Daily KM and fuel checks, idling in each business areas.
- Make sure the vehicle interior and exterior are clean
- Maintain and monitor cleaning/washing and Maintenance schedules.

**Driver.**
- Make driver roster (daily/weekly/Monthly).
- Plan for driver’s route trip (according to roaster schedule)
- Ensure in each shift driver grooming and hygiene is acceptable

**Admin/Accounts**
- Review daily driver attendance, Roaster, driver checklist, shift timing.
- Review and schedule driver training certificate(Monthly)
- Review and replace all the safety equipment(monthly)
- Review vehicle’s registration expiry and schedule.
- Driver leave plan management
- Driver documents management(ex Visa, training certificates etc)
- Salary sheet validation by 7th of every month.
