We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Showroom Helper to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers visiting our showroom. From assisting with product displays and demonstrations to providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance, you will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience and driving sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with setting up and maintaining product displays in the showroom, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively showcase our range of musical instruments and audio equipment.
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have about products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical assistance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the showroom, including regular dusting, vacuuming, and restocking of products.
- Collaborate with sales team members to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for music and audio equipment, with a basic understanding of musical instruments and audio technology preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
