3) Analysing financial information and summarizing financial status.

4) Prepare financial statements and produce a budget according to schedule.

5) Prepare the Supplier’s reconciliation & summary of an invoice for payment.

6) Prepare bank letters (bank transfer, LC amendment)

7) Monitors processing of payments for long-outstanding payables, PRO cash advance & other suppliers.

8) Assisting in the preparation of cash flow by providing future payments.

9) Bank reconciliation.

10) Review monthly project status reports and to ensure the calculation of project revenue according to accounting standards.

11) Assisting the internal & external auditors by providing relevant information for audits.

13) Oversee the general accounting processes of inter-company, fixed assets, and accounting and financial reporting of all entities.
