Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Jvc

**We are looking for Quantity Suveyor/ Estimator for the Interior Designing and Event Management Company**

**Job Title: Estimator (QS)**

Location: JVC

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for fit-out, renovation and interior projects

Identify and mitigate risks associated with cost estimates
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Negotiate and secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and

contractors

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications:
Experience in fit-out, renovations and interiors

Proven track record of successful cost estimating, purchasing and supplier

management

Extensive knowledge of construction materials, labor and equipment costs

Strong analytical and problem
- solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Existing database of suppliers and contractors

**-Experience in Dubai is a must**

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
