**Project Commercial and Contract Administration**:

- Review and provide technical expertise on client contracts where they relate to bill of quantities, financial & legal terms, and key milestones in coordination with the project manager, legal, and the sales team, ensuring that all contractual obligations are clearly understood and adhered to.
- Conduct cost analysis on projects and support sales by conducting feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of potential projects.
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders in conjunction with the sales team, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing for project bids.
- Provide advice on contractual claims, evaluating claims from various stakeholders and offering insights on their validity and potential impact on the project.
- Provide analysis of the project progress to ensure that key milestones are met to avoid any contractual claims or ensure client satisfaction, keeping a close eye on project timelines and deliverables.

**Final Accounts and Project Closure**:

- In conjunction with the Project Manager, conduct valuation of the completed work to raise invoices to the client accurately and promptly.
- Identify key information and provide reports to management on project progress from a contractual, cost, and risk perspective, offering valuable insights to aid decision-making. Subcontractor Coordination:

- Conduct valuation of work by subcontractors and verify invoices received based on work completed, ensuring fair and transparent payment to subcontractors.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of deliverables.

**Estimation Support**:

- Provide support to the Procurement team on methods to increase cost-effectiveness on purchases for given projects, contributing to overall cost savings.
- Assist the Project Manager and Commercial Director for the cost estimation, management, and planning where they relate to projects, collaborating with the sales team to finalize the price for new projects.

**Commercial Management**:

- Provide valuable input and recommendations on cost-saving measures and efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle to optimize project profitability.
- Regularly monitor project expenditures and costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost control.
- Collaborate with the project team to proactively manage and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring the project's financial success.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior and/or joinery estimation.
- Proficiency in Interior Fit-out works and MEP knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of materials and their unit rates
- Experience in cost and commercial management across the design, tender, and construction stages of multiple-discipline interior fit-out projects is advantageous.
- Must have experience in GCC.

**Experience**:
