**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of dedicated customer service and logistics representatives to deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service processes and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Analyze customer service data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer service strategies.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent; and 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to manage and track customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports to drive improvements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics and courier operations is highly desirable.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
