We are a corporate service provider that provides company formation and legal structuring services that include but are not limited to onshore LLC’s, Free Zone companies and Offshore companies in the UAE as well as abroad. We provide our clients with company formation services and act as a single point of contact to provide a turnkey solution for our clients' needs in each market we serve. We operate across the GCC focusing primarily on the UAE in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well as serving Saudi Arabia and Kuwait respectively.
- Managing the Accounting team and ensured that the books of accounts are up to date.
- Managing and coordinating the business’s monthly operational forecasting process and annual budgeting process
- Ensuring that all payments are prepared after checking the authenticity and adequacy of supporting documents and approval
- Preparing and posting month end adjustment entries like Accruals Prepayments and Deferrals
- Performing Business performance evaluation and Report generations.
- Preparing detailed monthly analytical report to ensure that the right information is provided to the management at the right time to ensure proper decision making.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly Income Statement, Balance sheet and Cash Flow statements, analyzing the movement and providing recommendations to management where necessary.
- Performing financial analysis to identify the areas of improvement.
- Performing Status reporting on progress of month end activities
- Preparing projected financial statements as well as monthly comparison of current performance against projected performance and identified areas of strength and weakness.
- VAT Filing
- WPS Preparation
- Monitoring the account receivable position of the business unit and ensure that all receipts are promptly accounted
- Ensuring that documentations and files necessary for external and internal audit are maintained in a proper manner and provide necessary information for the timely completion of the audit.
