Business Development Executive for Healthcare

Identify and research potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Use a variety of methods (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media outreach) to generate new leads and prospects for healthcare training programs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their healthcare training requirements and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Present and promote the company’s healthcare training services, focusing on value propositions such as compliance, professional development, and operational efficiency.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as HR managers, training coordinators, and healthcare executives.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, both in person and virtually, to present training offerings and discuss how they meet the needs of the healthcare organization.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, ensuring that their training needs are accurately understood and addressed.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with senior team members.
- Work closely with the training and operations teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with the company’s service offerings and are deliverable on time and within budget.
- Provide feedback to the training development team based on client input to help refine and improve training materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client feedback, to ensure consistent progress toward sales targets.
- Assist in preparing regular sales reports for senior management.
- Attend healthcare industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your network and stay informed on industry trends.
- Represent the company at local and regional events to generate interest in the company’s training solutions.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with ongoing training programs and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery of training programs.
