As Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing team.
- Maintain supply chain KPIs (Inventory Turnover, Accuracy, Delivery/Shipment times, Return Reasons, Invoice Accuracy etc.)
- Suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
- Create system invoices, delivery notes, & packing lists.
- Coordinate shipments and drivers’ trips.
- Train new employees in job duties.
- Control Receipt and dispatch of all incoming and outgoing items from store.
- Assure loading team is distributed and labors are assigned efficiently over tasks.
- Make Purchase Requests then forward them to Purchase Department for all consumables & trading items.
- Maintain safety measures in all warehouses.
- Assure all items are loaded according to Quality Check List:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or any related field.
- 2 years of experience at least in logistics field in UAE.
- English Proficiency.
- Competent Leadership & Communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
