**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**:_
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for construction projects through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional organizations to expand network, promote company’s brand, and stay informed about industry developments.
- Stay current with industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- **Customer Engagement**:_
- Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various means such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives to effectively promote our construction services.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Providing ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing any concerns or issues they may have and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the company's products or services.
- **Sales Presentations**:_
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.
- Work closely with the project management team to develop comprehensive proposals and bids for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scope with clients to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Preparing accurate price quotes and proposals for clients based on their project specifications, ensuring that all relevant details are included and that the pricing is competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, estimators, engineers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery to clients.
- **Research and reporting**:_
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential opportunities for growth within the construction industry.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing sales activities, including contract laws, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Tracking sales performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and providing regular reports and analysis to management to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month
