**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our virtual data room (VDR) solutions within the Dubai market. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and promoting our VDR services to key decision-makers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries in Dubai.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Engage in consultative selling approaches to understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote VDR services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and upselling opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of virtual data room solutions and familiarity with the Dubai business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within Dubai when necessary.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
