**Job Objective**:
**Job’s Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Offer reliable and up-to-date information about our products, services, and platform to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding.
- Proficiently use essential tools to organize, maintain, and document customer interactions, ensuring efficient record-keeping and follow-up.
- Initiate outbound calls to customers based on their activity, specifically targeting those with incomplete requests or unresolved issues.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide personalized assistance, follow-up on their inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding matters, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new system processes and product details and changes on the platform, enabling you to assist/address customer inquiries effectively.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized and customer-focused support, leaving a positive impression on clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust in our services and brand.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and share valuable insights.
- Actively seek feedback from customers and use it to identify areas for improvement in our products, services, and customer support processes.

**Education**
- Graduate degree in management / related fields

**Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service

**Technical Competences**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Quick to grasp new information and utilizing it accordingly.
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail.
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
