Job Title: Vessel Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure vessel operations are executed efficiently and on time
- Schedule vessel operations to ensure timely arrival and departure of vessels
- Prepare and submit port clearance documents to relevant authorities
- Prepare and maintain all the vessels.
- Track vessel operations and update internal systems accordingly
- Monitor vessel performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in vessel coordination, preferably in the UAE
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
