Sales Executive in Food Packaging and Foodstuffs Industry

**Position: Sales Executive**

**Industry: Food Packaging and Foodstuffs**

**Location: Dubai

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets in the food packaging and foodstuffs industry.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including food manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, and establish strong business relationships.
- Present and promote our comprehensive range of food packaging solutions, effectively communicating their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, offering value-added services and innovative packaging solutions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and customers.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the food packaging and foodstuffs industry.
- Strong understanding of food industry regulations, packaging standards, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their specific packaging requirements.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to win new business and secure long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
