Female Front Desk Administrator

A summary of the position responsibilities is provided below:
- Provide information about the school (curriculum, admission procedure, fee structure, transportation, catering, etc.)
- Provide information regarding school programs, events, extra curriculum activities, examinations, etc.
- Liaise with tact and diplomacy with school staff, parents, and external contacts.
- Understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of information.
- Always ensure the reception area is presentable and clean by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Have excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors’/parents’ requests
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute as appropriate.
- Maintain attendance records by following up on daily student attendance (lates and absences) and recording it on Esis and all other school software.
- Follow and implement the school Attendance policy for students. Ensure that the register of students arriving late and signing out early is done consistently.
- Follow up with families regarding pending fees and other matters and ensure to record the data correctly on the school system.
- Assist with secretarial tasks assigned as and when required by line manager/supervisor.
- Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical workday, where the task requires additional follow up.
- Perform other related duties as requested by reporting line manager/ supervisors.

**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check
- Bilingual communication skills
