**Job Description - Customer Service Executive**

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills who can use his or her sales or customer service experience and leadership skills to support the sales team and provide excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to collect important information/documents and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when needed.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum 2 or more years’ experience in sales or Customer Service job role preferably in travel or event management.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration will be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in and promote a team oriented environment.
- Excellent customer service level.
- Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for own actions.
- Must be results driven and flexible to change
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong Clienteling background.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Preferably someone with current knowledge of travel or events industry trends and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as active listening skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication and commitment.

**Employment Type**

**Salary**

4,000 - 6,000 per month

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
