Do you have Leadership experience within a Manufacturing Plant, with a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, **and are you seeking a new role overseas?** Brookwood Recruitment is looking for a Head of Manufacturing, the role comes with and exceptional package and opportunity to join a Franchise owned, innovative Organisation in Sub-Saharan Africa.

In your first few weeks in this Head of Manufacturing, you can expect to:

- Ensure the preparation of accurate operating budgets for the manufacturing department
- Prepare the annual objectives of the manufacturing department
- Review and evaluate actual operating results against annual established objectives
- Develop short/medium term manufacturing plans to ensure the alignment of manufacturing capability with growth in sales volume.
- Strengthen the organizational structure at plant level, particularly the engineering capability by building a solid pipeline for key technical positions.
- Develop programs to improve plant performance through equipment refurbishing or replacement plan.
- Establish and supervise the Maintenance Management Systems
- Experience Managing Projects within a Manufacturing environment
- Mechanical or Engineering Degree
- Ability to execute Maintenance Plans and Preventative Maintenance Plans
- Plastic manufacturing lines Experience
- Returnable glass bottle Experience
- Structured and Organised work approach
- Exceptional Stakeholder and employee communication ability
- Experienced Leader
