Job Title: Accountant with Multiple Skill Sets

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and maintain financial records - Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage inventory and purchase orders, and track inventory levels
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and other staff members, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process
- Manage and maintain databases, records, and files
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Provide support for marketing-related tasks as needed

Manage custom clearance and import activities, including coordinating with agents, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably in the UAE
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Photoshop (adds advantage)

Strong IT skills, including experience with computer hardware, software, and networking.( Will have Advantage)
