Job Description: Marketing Executive and Admin

**Position Title**: Marketing Executive and Admin

**Job Overview**:
As a Marketing Executive and Admin, you will play a crucial role in coordinating corporate communication, organizing corporate events, and managing communication with various stakeholders, both within the company and externally. Your responsibilities will also include fostering relationships with partners and clients, as well as handling documentation and reporting related to business activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Corporate Communication**:

- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance the company's image and brand.
- Coordinate internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and create engaging content for communication materials.
- **Corporate Event Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and guest invitations.
- Ensure seamless execution of events and manage post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Facilitate communication between different departments within the company to ensure alignment on key messages.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather information and updates for external communication.
- Act as a liaison between different teams to foster collaboration and information sharing.
- **Client and Partner Communication**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners through regular communication.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide relevant information.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communication materials, events, and stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and communication activities, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and event coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in using communication tools and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
