- plan and schedule DO collection, custom clearance delivery for import shipments, offloading, collecting of cargo, customs inspection, collection of AWBs/bill of ladings/ airway bill for export shipments.
- monitor entire clearance process & ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- coordinate with airport office for clearance & delivery of airfreight shipments.
- coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, DNATA,DPA,customs authority and transporters.
- monitor and control custom deposits/duty & follow up for refunds.
- enter all billing instructions in each respective job and handover file to billing department.
- should be available to join immediately.
