**Technical Project Manager**

**Job Requirements**:

- Should have at least done 3 corporate Project Management implementations, especially for Oil and Gas.
- Should have done similar Project Management implementation for project at least once, depends on the project portfolio (Drilling, Production, Reservoir, Safety, Assets Integrity and Reliability).
- Plan and monitor the project execution during product development, as our client develop products in the cloud with a team of data scientist and software engineers.
- Organize and moderate team meetings, agile ceremonies, steering committee
- Identify and remove obstacles and dependencies, develop, and maintain a risk register and action tracking system. Follow up with all stakeholders to close the actions.
- Track and expedite delivery with appropriate tools
- Assist Product Manager in prioritizing and splitting requirements in deliverable stories
- Realistically estimate delivery times and manage expectations
- Collect and evaluate data about team productivity
- Coordinate releases across multiple teams
- Plan for team / resource requirements, resource management for current and future projects. Provide actual resource allocation for finance team.
- Plan and manage the project budget CAPX and OPEX. Develops department’s operational plans and budget requirements with respect to people, operations, and technology.
- Participate in the development and regular reviews of teamwork and ensures timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and recommend the appropriate organisation structure for the Department to meet the business objectives.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the development of policies, processes, procedures and systems in line with best practices and company Code of Practices.
- Propose improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards.
- Manage Internal and External audits of the department to ensure timely actions and closure of audit recommendations.

**Scope of Work**:

- Develop detailed scope of work with our client's Stakeholders and Technology provider
- Review the SOW with OPCO focal points and finalize the project SOW.
- Prepare the Tender Package to float the SOW to the market.
- Receive Technical proposal and conduct technical evaluation with OPCO focal points.
- Prepare overall project implementation plans with milestones.
- Manage end to end project implementation.
- Manage the project using Agile methodology.
- Manage all the phases of the project implementation including execution as per SOW.
- Report to our client's Project Owner all project progress and execution concerns.
- Develop detailed Cost/Benefit Analysis of One our client's RTO solution with our client's Stakeholders and Technology provider.
- Benefit Analysis report with all the data used for the analysis in native format.
- Update feasibility Study Gap Analysis as part of full SOW development
- Prepare a final project report.
- Presenting final implementation report results to our client's Digital Function

**Requirements**:

- Must have completed at least 3 similar corporate Project Management implementations.
- Must have at least 1 previous experience with similar Project Management implementation for APC/RTO project.
- Should have at least 15 years of experience in project management preferential with experience in optimization field.
- Must possess a good knowledge of APC / Optimization projects in Oil / Gas industries.
- Should have implemented optimization solutions in NGL / LNG / Ethylene plants/Refineries.
- Preferably should be a certified Agile Scrum Master with minimum 5 years of Agile deployment experience

**Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed scope of work with client Stakeholders and Technology provider.
- Review the SOW with client focal points and finalize the project SOW.
- Prepare the Tender Package to float the SOW to the market.
- Receive Technical proposal and conduct technical evaluation with technology department.
- Prepare overall project implementation plans with milestones.

- Prepare feasibility Study Gap Analysis as part of full SOW development
- Prepare a final project report.
- Presenting final implementation report results to project stakeholders.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Petroleum, Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in customer support and operations projects in Technology related projects for Oil & Gas and Energy Industry.
