**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As a Stores Officer in the UAE, your responsibilities include:

- Overseeing shipping, receiving, and stocking operations, as well as distributing supplies and equipment.
- Managing inventory and maintaining records, handling receipt, inspection, and issuance of materials, and ensuring effective communication with management and suppliers.
- Quarantining defective materials, managing stocking levels to meet client orders efficiently, conducting stocktaking at regular intervals, and establishing min-max levels based on consumption.
- Implementing proper identification and traceability methods for inventory.

**ABOUT YOU**
- High School Graduate with at least 2 to 5 years Engineering Stores experience
- Fork Truck License (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge on modern inventory management, warehouse procedures & documentation in an engineering set up.
- Familiar with methods of proper and orderly receipts, handling, storage and issuance and dispatch of materials.
- Knowledge of established material handling procedures.
- Conversant with basic inventory control procedures and requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, freight tags, and the use and meaning of each.
