**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored digital marketing solutions.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- **Market Research**: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze market data, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare compelling and customized proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and value proposition.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong professional network and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- **Tech-savvy**: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and stay motivated in a remote or office-based environment.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to create win-win solutions.
