**Responsibilities**
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Complete receptionist and office administration duties, including calendaring, invoicing, scanning documents, performing data entry and arranging travel
- Organize file systems using a computer
- Communicate with clients as needed
- Communicating progress, delays or problems (actual or anticipated) to your superior.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Attend meetings by representing senior officials

**Education Qualification**

Degree in business administration or equivalent

Any Professional qualification

**Requirements and skills**
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- At all times conduct self in a professional and courteous manner to all colleagues, customers and any other person that you might come into contact with through your daily routine.
- Listen and take instruction from your relevant Superior and the management team.
- Ensure where you are unclear of any communication that you seek clarification of the original and intended message in whatever format the message is received.

**Terms and Conditions**
- The contract Period will be 5 months from the date of joining.
- The salary range is 1500-2000 AED
- Languages known should be English, Malayalam and Tamil

**Experience & Knowledge**
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant role
- Basic knowledge of clerical activities gained over training period of minimum 8 weeks.
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant procedures regarding Health and Safety in the work place.
- Maintain continued knowledge of systems and methods of work within the particular environments you are qualified to work in.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word/Excel.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
