**Job Title: HR Assistant**

**Department: Human Resources**

**Job Summary**:
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department with a primary focus on payroll and recruitment functions. This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The HR Assistant will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Payroll**:

- Assist in the processing of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, including time and attendance data.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees.

**2. Recruitment**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in creating job descriptions.

**3. Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
- Support HR initiatives and projects.

**4. Compliance**:

- Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in payroll and recruitment activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
