Position
**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Nursery
Administrator. The Nursery Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the
smooth operation of our facility by managing administrative tasks, supporting
staff members, and facilitating effective communication between parents, staff,
and management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including but not limited to, scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members, including coordinating interviews, processing paperwork, and facilitating training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and billing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of nursery operations.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute events, activities, and programs aimed at enriching the educational experience of students and engaging parents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in administration or office management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations and guidelines pertaining to early childhood education is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
