Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and sales-focused individual for a leading Drone company. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about cutting-edge technology and the global drone racing industry, with a chance to play a key role in the next phase of their growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. City Partnerships & Host City Acquisition**
- Develop and execute a strategy to attract new host cities/regions for virtual and physical drone races.
- Initiate partnerships with city governments, regional authorities, and tourism boards to create digital twins of cityscapes for use in THE GAME.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with the goal of securing both virtual and physical race events.
**2. Sponsorship Acquisition**
- Identify and secure sponsorships from global brands, ensuring they align with the league’s values and objectives.
- Build lasting relationships with sponsors, presenting compelling opportunities for brand integration and visibility during events.
**3. STEM Program Development & Partnerships**
- Promote the companies STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) program, focused on teaching drone construction, coding, and flight skills.
- Establish relationships with schools, universities, and educational platforms to introduce and expand the STEM program.
- Seek corporate sponsors and government funding to support the program’s growth in schools and universities.
**4. Global Travel & Relationship Management**
- Be prepared to travel globally to engage with city officials, sponsors, and educational institutions.
- Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and meetings, promoting both the league and its STEM initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within the sports, technology, or education sectors.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Experience working with government entities, city officials, or educational institutions is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with drone technology, gaming, or STEM education is a plus.
