**Purpose**

Responsible for the delivery and ongoing development of the company's asset and service management tools to meet operational and business development objectives. Training of operators and users across the business will be required to ensure the correct utilization and competency of our staff.

Generation of monthly reporting and the creation of specified dashboards to meet management requirements.

Manage the help desk operation and customer experience at all contact points to drive reliability of service delivery. Technical knowledge of BMS and CAFM system structure from a user perspective able to develop workflows and solutions to meet business requirements.

**Main Duties & Responsibilites**

Ø Administrate and coordinate in the collection of all contract asset data and clean for addition to the system.

Ø Track utilization of the system by each site and by operation manager with a target of 100% compliance.

Ø Update and advise GM, AGM and Operation managers of progress with system span and utilization.

Ø Develop and implement training programs for call center staff, operational staff and management in the use of the CAFM and other service management tools, dashboards and reports.

Ø Define and develop the “Customer Experience” for all Genetco users and customers.

Ø Analyze data for accuracy and completeness and make corrections when required.

Ø Establish new functions and technology that enhance operational efficiency and performance within the FM business and other divisions of the company.

Ø Position the Genetco control center as a unique selling point of the service offer in the Oman market.

Ø Support the service delivery team in cliebnt meetings and briefings on site performance using the data captured through the service delivery tools and CAFM.

Ø Support new sales and business development team with demonstrations and data when required.

Ø Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) technology using integration of multiple brands to centralize alarm handling and integration with the CAFM system requirements.

Ø Selection and and onboarding of a team of operators to provide a 24/7 capability in the helpdesk and control room.

Ø Research and recommend new technology or systems that will enhance the FM business in safety compliance, best practice and approved codes of practice..

Ø Responsible for maintaining high quality operation of the helpdesk team, data input to the system, updates of the cafm software and availability of the system to all users.

Ø Manage customer usability and data access within the system to encourage app or login usage to review progress, status of works and generation of work orders at site.

Ø Utilize the companies CRM system as per instructions and the companies policies retaining all data within the systems provided accurately and to the best of their ability. Make proposals for system improvements or adjustments that will continuously iimprove accuracy and efficiency.

Ø Any other reasonable duties assigned by General Manager, AGM or Lead Estimator.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 10 yrs minimum work experience preferably in the FM or services market.
- Excellent communication and written skills in the English language.
- Should be well versed with all Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience of managing recognized CAFM software and help desk operations.
- Experience of managing FM systems and CAFM in a large organization.
- Will have successfully managed a call center or helpdesk team providing 24hr service.
- Customer experience focused
- Good knowledge of international best practice in building compliance.
- Database creation or knowledge is an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
