Sales Executive for B2B Sales for Bakery Shop

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive B2B sales to corporate clients for our upscale bakery shop based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate client base and increasing revenue by effectively promoting our bakery products and services to businesses in the region.
**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:Identify and target potential corporate clients within Dubai and surrounding areas.
Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of corporate customers.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients for B2B sales.
**Sales and Account Management**:Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
Present bakery products and services to corporate decision-makers, addressing their specific requirements and showcasing the value proposition.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client's needs.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
**Achieving Sales Targets**:Set ambitious sales targets and work consistently to achieve and exceed them.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to enhance sales and market share.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting key industries and maximizing sales opportunities.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with the bakery's operations and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and materials that target corporate clients.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
**Market Insights and Reporting**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the B2B bakery market.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress towards goals.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven track record of B2B sales experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with Dubai's corporate landscape and an understanding of the preferences and demands of the target market.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Valid UAE driver's license and access to transportation for client visits.**:
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
