Accounts Executive HR Admin

We are looking for a dedicated personality to join our family as Account cum HR Executive. You will be responsible for accounting and human resource administrative functions required for financial management and compliance to all applicable laws
You will play an important role, such as:
- Preparation full sets of accounts with mínimal supervision.
- Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department and administration work.
- Timely and accurate accounting data entries into the Company’s accounting software
- Handling payment voucher and issuing cheques after receiving authorization from the Management - on the compliance of internal control procedure and accounting policy.
- Prepare and perform monthly variance analysis on all expenses against the budget.
- Monitor bank balance / cash flow position and fund placement.
- Coordinate and prepare the financial budget / projection and performance target and Monitor financial performance against the budgeted / projected financial.
- Liaise with Head Office, Financial Institutions, auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters.
- To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
- Managing the company's document filing, staff profile, office rental, office stationery, office pantry, company's event etc.
- Working with the auditor during the annual financial closing months to facilitate the completion of the annual audit.
- Handling HR matters (process statutory payment i.e. EPF SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Payroll, EA forms preparation, Memo, Leave and Medical Claims) and ensure timely submission.
- Handling HR documentations including employment contract, employment confirmation, resignation, employment verification and any related documents.
- Support end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting and screening, interviewing, hiring orientation, and termination.
- Direct report the Director.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
- At least Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with minimum of 2 years’ experience in full set accounting, HR.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Able to handle full set of accounts, timely preparation of financial and management reports & others.
- Able to be as good team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Required
language(s): English (MUST).
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
