Call Center Agent

We are looking for a passionate Call Center Agent who’ll provide strategic and practical advice to our company’s client to have a better experience of our services and products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products, services, and requests
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Communication skills (Fluent in English and Hindi)
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Good and fast Typing Skills
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices

**Benefits**:
Working hours: 12 hours

**Salary**: AED 3000 plus commission
Monthly off is 1 day per month
Visa Allowance of 200 AED
Dormitory for Males in Ajman is also included

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
