Software Support Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Support Team lead to lead a high-performing team in providing exceptional customer support for our software products. As a Software Support Team lead, you will be responsible for managing the internal support team and evaluating skills and performances, ensuring end-user service is timely and accurate on a daily basis, setting specific end-user service standards, establishing best practices throughout the entire support process, identify areas of improvement, evaluate daily, weekly and monthly team’s productivity.
This role combines strong leadership and communication skills with technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, IT, or any related field
- Up to 4 years of experience managing a technical team in a software environment.
- Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Strong coding skills ( Javascript, NodeJS, Angular)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Task-oriented and organized, experience managing a ticket queue and ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good DevOps skills are a plus
- Good AWS knowledge is a plus
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
