**We are seeking an experienced Offering Manager to join our team in Dubai.**

The Offering Manager sits in Energy Transition, Digital and Services (ETDS) organisation and would be responsible for offering development and its commercial success in line with the Profit Plan (PP) commitment. Incumbent will own the offering end-to-end including (but not limited to) market analysis, segment selection, offering design and market launch. Also, will be responsible for liasing with different stakeholders - including product line managers (PLMs), sales, Customer Success Managers and Finance to ensure proper execution of set offering strategy. Incumbent will bring an extensive offering management toolkit, possess keen business acumen and will take data-driven decisions using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and track progress. Finally, obtaining and addressing customer feedback through extensive VOCs (Voice of Customers) is an important part of the role.

**What you’ll do**:

- Market: Market research to evaluate the potential market segments, make informed offering development decisions and segments/verticals to go after
- Offering Management: Work with product line managers (PLMs) to define offering roadmap, lead the offering development end-to-end including development and commercialisation
- Commercialisation: Own the offering commercialisation including Profit Plan (PP) commitments for the offerring. Lead sales enablement (collaterals, battle-cards, ROI Tools, Value Proposition, Customer Qualification tool etc), initial business development and ensure sales pipeline health
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Partnerships: Develop and execute partnership strategy with internal and external partners to address offering and go-to-market (GTM) gaps

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in Product/Offering Management with different business models including Subscriptions, Outcomes-based and gain-share models
- Demonstrated expertise in offering lifecycle management with proven success in end-to-end SaaS offering
- Expertise in Energy Transition/sustainability domain in Commercial & Institutional (C&I), with EU/Country level regulations strongly preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages would be an advantage
- Familiarity with sustainability related regulations, decarbonisation frameworks for buildings and NetZero planning is greatly preferred
