**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** |
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to develop PR and Communications plans which supports the success of key projects - developing insight about the firm, our work, practices, and the impact we have on our Clients and Communities.
- Lead the timely and consistent deployment of the firm’s editorial policy across a selection of medial channels, liaising with authors as appropriate (internal and/or external experts).
- In collaboration with dedicated PR Agency - secure speaking opportunities and media appearances for the firm’s Senior Leaders to increase visibility and credibility.
- Support key Whiteshield projects by keeping key stakeholders connected with clear lines of communication to reach deadlines set.
- Actively manage day-to-day tasks related to communications on allocated projects.
- Setting and adhering to high communication standards, establishing clear goals and expectations.
- Provide advice and help to develop and deliver material as needed by the project team.
- Driving press releases as required to boost the Whiteshield brand.
- Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with a variety of vendors such as editors and PR firms.
- Respond to any communications related issued in a timely manner, proactively reaching resolutions required to ensure success.
- Supporting event promotion and communication efforts as needed
**LOCATION |** DIFC, Dubai, UAE. CONTRACT TYPE | 8 to 12 month freelance / external contract position
**Requirements**:
**KEY REQUIREMENTS & TRAITS FOR SUCCESS |**
- 3 - 5 years of communications experience
- Take ownership and drive for consistent successful delivery
- Excellent written (inc. editing/proof-reading) and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to suit a diverse range of audiences across a variety of channels.
