**Community Executive**

**Position Overview**: As the Community Executive for Social Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our online community across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with our audience, moderating discussions, and fostering meaningful interactions to drive brand awareness, engagement, loyalty and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor our social media channels and online communities to identify and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our community members by actively engaging with them, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Implement community management best practices to ensure adherence to community guidelines and standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, call centre to coordinate responses and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Proactively identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance our community engagement and drive positive sentiment.
- Moderate user-generated content and user-generated discussions to maintain a respectful and constructive dialogue within the community.
- Monitor and analyze key community metrics (e.g., engagement rate, sentiment) to assess community health and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and community management tools to continually enhance our community management efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, preferably for brands or organizations with a large online presence.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their respective community dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Empathetic mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with community members.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
