**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local codes.
- Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Conduct inspections of electrical work to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule electrical activities, ensuring timely completion of electrical installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during construction and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure that all materials and tools required for electrical work are available and properly utilized.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for electrical work completed, including reports, inspection logs, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with other site supervisors and project managers to ensure the integration of electrical systems with other construction components.
- Monitor electrical systems' performance and ensure they are functional upon project handover.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for the electrical team.
- Provide technical support and guidance on electrical design, installation methods, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical supervision within the MEP construction industry.
- **Certifications**: Equivalency Certificate recognized in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and local codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex electrical issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in using electrical design and reporting software.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with high-rise tower, luxury villa, or large residential projects.
- Familiarity with advanced electrical systems and innovative electrical technologies.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
